Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped securely and traceable. We offer free shipping on all our products and ship from the most cost-efficient location to ensure this service. For certain countries we also offer an express shipping option for €9.95. This express shipping is sent from the nearest location to ensure a faster delivery.

Cancellations or adjustments to orders are not possible after the order has been placed. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

MM Brands only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please send an email within 5 business days to info@mmbrands.nl and add photos of the damage so we can help you further.
